Art has been part of the K-12 curriculum for many years but not considered one of the core subjects and usually considered an elective in the upper grades. In recent years researchers and educators have shown the positive influence the arts have on overall student learning, and more effort has been made to make art part of the core curriculum.

Painting and Sculpture
Water colors, oils, marble and clay are all intricate tools of the artists who use painting or sculpture to communicate their thoughts and ideas.
Music

Dance
