People who can lead projects successfully will be eligible for promotions because they can work well with others and have demonstrated competency in a particular area.
A degree in business education will allow you to teach business classes. Many people who work in business will leave and teach business to others. This happens for several reasons. The business world can be very stressful. Teaching is a way to remain in the business world without having to be involved directly.
