The adult education certificate means that you have successfully passed all the requirements needed to perform these skills with ease.
If you need more training for your job, a class that will teach you the latest computer software or help you improve your writing skills will help you become more productive. Many times companies will host seminars or offer day classes that you can take that will help you improve your skills.
When you start a new job, you may have to go through a period of training where you will learn how to perform certain duties. This training can take a week or more and is important for your success. Even though you will be paid while training, it still considered adult education because you will be learning.
